Sunny Deol returns with a “bang” in ‘Border 2’: Teaser event immerses audience

Another win for patriotism and Sunny Deol after ‘Gadar 2’ and ‘Jat’. The teaser event features the star cast featuring Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh on one stage.

J.P Dutt’s war drama ‘Border 1’ left quite an impact and he’s back with a thrilling sequel.

The ‘Border 2’ trailer sets the scene for an intense battlefield, full of war fumes. Based on the 1971 Indo-Pak war, the heroes stand tall and at guard.

Amidst the blood, bombs and bodies, emotional backstories hum a more human tune with love stories and wholesome family moments. Sunny Deol pays homage to ‘Border 1’ by carrying his iconic bomber gun.

Deol’s character loudly proclaims, “The war cries of the Indian soldiers will shake Lahore.”

The teaser released following a grand event on 16^th December, a date that celebrates the victory of the Indian army in the 1971 war. The teaser received a largely appreciative audience response.

‘Border 1’ (1997) was a major box office hit. ‘Border 2’ has quite a strong legacy to uphold.
