‘Stranger Things’ Star Noah Schnapp talks friendship, family and cast with co-star and best friend, Millie Bobby Brown

Schnapp, who plays Will Byers, one of the main characters of Netflix’s flagship series reveals that he and Brown bonded from day 1 on set.

‘Stranger Things’ is finally coming to a much awaited, decade-long conclusion on 1st January, 2026 at 6:30 a.m. IST with a finale of a runtime over 2 hours and 5 minutes.

Noah Schnapp recalls happy memories on set, including the day he met his now best friend whom he calls his family, Millie Bobby Brown.

He reveals that they clicked together instantly, and talks about how it’s a shame that their characters, Will and Eleven don’t actually have that many scenes together because it is “so fun to work with her,” according to him.

The actor remarks that their friendship runs so deep that no matter how much time they spend apart, it always comes back to them. It comes to them naturally instead of remaining a forced friendship.

The duo has sustained super strong off-screen friendship, Noah Schnapp is even a godfather to Brown’s daughter whom she welcomed over the summer via adoption with her husband, Jake Bongiovi.

Volume 2 of ‘Stranger Things’ s5 is now streaming on Netflix. The 7th episode highlights the relationship between Will and Eleven, and their importance to the storyline, leaving the audience in thrilling suspense for the final showdown.
