ICC U19 World Cup is all set to began from 15 January, Thursday . India is going to face United States of America in their opening match for Group A at Bulawayo.
The World Cup is going to host by Zimbabwe and Namibia. This under 19 World Cup will be a special one as for Indian Team. The Indian squad will be aiming for their sixth one and record extending title. Leading up to the under 19 World Cup this year the team India has won 16 youth ODI’s and just lost their five with a fantastic win percentage of 76% plus. While heading into the World Cup and they have the best win loss ratio of 3.2.
The eyes will be upon the Indian batter Vaibhav Suryavanshi who has scored 973 runs in the youth ODI at a strike rate of 164 with three centuries and fourth centuries with his bat. The best score was 171. While having a average of 54.05, he is currently the most dangerous batter heading into the tournament. The Indian will be lead by Ayush Mahatre.
