ICC rejects, demands of Pakistan Cricket Board, ahead of India vs Pakistan clash in World Cup T20

According to the recent reports on social media, the International Cricket Council (ICC) has declined all the request put forwards by the Pakistan Cricket Board calling it, it’s not there domain. The ICC maintaining its original stance despite repeated representation from the PCB.

Sources had indicated that PCB, has approached ICC and make some demands to play the World Cup match on 15 February. However, the global body made it clear that they can’t make decision on behalf on Indian boards as playing bilateral matches in BCCI choice.

The ICC reportedly informed the PCB that allowing special consideration for one board would set a wrong precedent for future tournaments. As per people aware of the situation, the council believes that all teams must follow the same framework without any selective approach.

Sor far, the official statement from Pakistan Cricket Board, Board of Control for Cricket in India or International Cricket Council has not come. The development has created fresh uncertainty around Pakistan’s participation, while fans across the subcontinent continue to closely follow the situation. For now, the stand of global cricket council ICC is appearing firm, leaving the limited room for negotiation unless circumstances change.

Source has indicated to that PCB has approaches the ICC seeking certain adjustments, including scheduling and participation-related concerns.
