Director Gul Bahar Singh returns with ‘Parasmani’

Six-time Nationwide Award-winning Indian filmmaker Gul Bahar Singh is all set to return to the director’s chair along with his upcoming characteristic movie ‘Parasmani’, a compelling musical drama exploring friendship, freedom, rebel, love and the complexities of relationships in modern society, together with ladies’s emancipation and upliftment.

The Bengali movie options an ensemble forged comprising Kaushik Sen, Kharaj Mukherjee, Shritama Mitra, Rahul Ganguly, Ankita Brahma, Aishiki Ghatak, Aditi Bishnu and Ipsita Nag. The movie’s music shall be composed by Surojit Chatterjee, Hirju Roy and Chandan Roy Choudhury.

On the coronary heart of ‘Parasmani’ are 5 educated younger ladies from middle-class backgrounds, who’ve skilled the cruel realities of a patriarchal society.
