Nach Baliye 9 winner couple Prince Narula and Yuvika Chaudhary have been in the news for different reasons, be it rumours about Prince entering Bigg Boss 14 or the couple getting infected with Dengue. For the unversed, the couple is undergoing treatment in Punjab and have been keeping their fans updated about their health.
Now, it came as an utter shock when Prince Narula’s wife Yuvika Chaudhary revealed that the couple was diagnosed with COVID-19 before Dengue. Talking to ETimes TV, Yuvika confirmed that they were tested COVID-19 positive last month. She said, “Yes, we had COVID-19 last month.”
Talking more about it she added that their immunity levels must have dropped down when they were infected with coronavirus which made them prone to other infections and led to the onset of Dengue. Yuvika couldn’t recall when and where they got the novel coronavirus but said, “I pray no one should go through this.”
Prince Narula also opened up about why they didn’t reveal it and chose to maintain silence on it. He said, “Look, COVID-19 did not give us too much trouble. We were totally asymptomatic. Now, we didn’t want to put that we are fine in many ways because some people read actors, or for that matter anybody else, on social media, and blindly start following what they read.”
He further stated that bodies are different, individual cases are therefore different. The couple isolated themselves for 21 days and then got tested twice to make sure that they are negative but before they could step-out, they got dengue.
The couple has been hospitalised and as per the report, they might get discharged by tomorrow. Along with Prince and Yuvika, Prince’s father, sister, and nephew were also infected with dengue.
The couple met for the first time in Bigg Boss from where their love story began and both decided to tie the knot 2 years ago in 2018.
