Shahanshah of Bollywood and the king of all hearts, Amitabh Bachchan is loved by everybody, be it the younger generation or the generation of his time. Bollywood’s Megastar veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan is one of the few actors who has always been looked upon by its fans and is still loved by everyone.

Well, it is really difficult to summarize the life of a man who made himself recognized in a small world where everyday end number of people wakes up with the same dream. Megastar Amitabh Bachchan was born in a family of artists where art was given importance. His father Harivansh Rai Bachchan was a famous Indian poet whereas his mother Teji Bachchan was a lover of theatre. He was born on October 11, 1942, in Allahabad, present-day known as Prayagraj.

Looking at Amitabh Bachchan today, it seems that he always had a smooth journey but the success doesn’t come to anybody so easily. The veteran actor started his career as a voice narrator in films and his first film was ‘Bhuvan Shome’ but looking at his acting career, Amitabh Bachchan’s first move was ‘Saat Hindustani’. After his first film, he did acting in many films but couldn’t achieve that much love and acknowledgment from his fans.

The turning point of his career came with his film ‘Zanjeer’ featuring Amitabh Bachchan as Inspector Vijay Khanna. After Zanjeer, the actor gave many hit films to the industry and at the same time, he became very popular and started receiving an ample amount of love from the audience.

The actor had done several films in his career like Saudagar, Chupke Chupke, Sholay, Amar Akbar Anthony, Don, Silsila, Namak Halal, Satte Pe Satta, Piku, Coolie, Mohabbatien, Paa, Pink, and many more. Amitabh’s latest film was Gulabo Sitabo which was directed by Shoojit Sircar.

Amitabh Bachchan’s journey wasn’t a straight road to cover but rather a one with several road bumps. During the shoot of the movie Coolie, in 1982 the actor met with an accident. In an action scene of the film, Amitabh’s co-star Puneet Issar had to punch Amitabh and hit him on the table and fall to the ground but unfortunately, as soon as they jumped towards the table, the corner of the table hurt Amitabh’s intestines due to which severe blood loss was caused and the situation became severe but with his fan’s prayers, he got fine and recovered soon.

However, after he was injured during the shoot of Coolie, he was not working so much and in the meantime, in 1984 he was offered a Bollywood Stardom seat in Parliament which he accepted. But in 1987, he quit his seat without being caught in any controversy and resumed his acting career at a much better pace than before.

The actor not only entertained its audience on the big screen but on the small screen too. He has been hosting the knowledge-based reality show Kaun Banega Crorepati and is hosting the latest season of KBC.

Recently, the actor was tested positive for the novel coronavirus but with the prayers of everybody and immense care of the hospital staff, he got recovered and is doing fine now.

Amitabh Bachchan is married to veteran actress and member of parliament in Rajya Sabha, Jaya Bachchan, and has two kids Abhishek Bachchan and Shweta Bachchan Nanda.

Amitabh Bachchan has been entertaining his audience since the very early stage of his life and it continues to do and the love for the megastar will never end and it’s eternal.

On the occasion of his 78th Birthday, as per reports, Amitabh Bachchan will not lavishly celebrate his birthday but rather he’ll be shooting for the KBC and will have a small family dinner at night. Due to the pandemic situations, he’s avoiding having any grand celebrations.
