Popular Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput committed suicide by hanging himself at his apartment in Mumbai on Sunday (June 14). The tragic news of his death has sent shock waves across the nation and film industry. Several Btown celebs including Shah Rukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Anushka Sharma and Vicky Kaushal mourned his death on social media.
Sushant’s last rites took place at Pawan Hans crematorium, Vile Parle, on Monday (June 15) afternoon. Rajkummar Rao, Kriti Sanon, Vivek Oberoi, Shraddha Kapoor and more attended the ‘MS Dhoni : the Untold Story’ actor’s funeral.
Several social media users trended the hashtag #JusticeForSushantSinghRajput on Twitter. They dug out some tweets that the ‘Shudh Desi Romance’ actor reportedly posted before committing suicide. We have to tell you that Twitter has not yet confirmed if the tweets were posted by Sushant or not.
“We men are not asked about our health, our mental state, our lives, our thoughts. We are not treated that way. I know I have been through a lot lately. I have been tired of trying so hard. It’s been a long journey with you people. I don’t know why I’m tweeting this,” one of the tweets read.
This is the true or not?

There were some other tweet screenshots too. The tweets can’t be seen on Sushant’s Twitter handle. The ‘Drive’ actor’s team told a portal that the screenshots are fake. There are several mistakes including the format of the date in the tweets, which raises a question over the credibility of the posts.
Sushant Singh Rajput was last seen in ‘Drive’ opposite Jacqueline Fernandez. His upcoming film ‘Dil Bechara’ was slated to hit the silver screens in May 2020. However, it got delayed due to the COVID-19 crisis.
