In Sushant Singh Rajput‘s death case, AIIMS Forensic Team who re-evaluated the late actor’s post-mortem report and viscera sample has ruled out the murder theories and stated that it is a case of hanging and the actor died by suicide.
Confirming the same, Chairman of the AIIMS Forensic Medical Board, Dr. Sudhir Gupta confirmed the media reports stating that AIIMS forensic team has ruled out murder theories. Talking to ANI, Dr. Sudhir Gupta stated that they have concluded their conclusive report and it is a case of hanging and death by suicide.
Rhea Chakraborty‘s lawyer also commented on the same. However, reacting to the AIIMS report, Sushant Singh Rajput’s family lawyer Vikas Singh has stated that the report given by AIIMS is not conclusive. He told ETimes, “AIIMS report is not conclusive and CBI in its charge sheet can still file a case of murder in Sushant Singh Rajput death case.”
He further added that they don’t have the X-ray of the leg which is said to have been fractured so it cannot be conclusive at the most as it could be taken as a piece of evidence in the case. Sushant Singh Rajput’s family lawyer reacted after Rhea Chakraborty’s lawyer stated in his statement that the truth cannot be changed.
Rhea’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde in his statement has stated, “I have seen the statement of the doctors from AIIMS concerning SSR case. The official papers and reports are only with AIIMS and CBI which will be submitted in court once investigations are over. We await the official version of CBI. We on behalf of Rhea Chakraborty have always said that truth cannot be changed under any circumstances. The speculations against Rhea in some quarters of the media are motivated and mischievous. We remain committed to Truth Alone. Satya Meva Jayte.”
Reacting on the same, Mumbai police Commissioner Param Bir Singh has also reacted on the AIIMS report and said that AIIMS report has proved that Mumbai police’s investigation was correct.
