After the AIIMS forensic report ruled out the murder theories in Sushant Singh Rajput‘s death case, the late actor’s family has now filed a complaint to the Central Bureau of Investigation, who is probing the SSR’s case, against the AIIMS doctor.
The complaint has been filed against the doctor from AIIMS for allegedly leaking Sushant’s forensic analysis report. As per the Deccan Chronicle’s report, the complaint stated that the professional misconduct of the doctor led to a bias and a boastful conclusion of the evidence that was already insufficient. The lawyer, Varun Singh, has also sought a fresh panel of AIIMS doctors to conduct an assessment into the late actor’s death.
The lawyer in the complaint stated that despite asking for a copy of the report, there has been no response and the head of the forensic team was not submitting a post-mortem report but was only expressing an opinion on the findings of the Cooper Hospital, which conducted the autopsy.
The complaint also mentioned that the Cooper Hospital did not do videography of the post-mortem, alleging that they did not retain sufficient viscera for future examination, nor did their report mentioned any time of death.
Sushant was found dead on June 14 in his apartment in Bandra, Mumbai and now 3 federal agencies are probing the case to unfold the truth behind the demise of the late actor.
