After Sushant Singh Rajput’s father filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty and her family, the actress filed a petition seeking transfer of the case from Patna to Mumbai. Today, it was 2nd hearing of the plea at the Supreme Court

Supreme Court has announced its verdict with regard to the petition filed by the actress. Supreme Court has asked for written notes from all the parties by Thursday after hearing arguments from Rhea’s lawyer, Sushant’s family lawyer, the counsel representing Maharashtra government and the Solicitor General of India.

It is reported by Times Now that judgment has been reserved and the next hearing is scheduled for Thursday i.e August 13. In between the argument, Rhea’s lawyer stated that Patna FIR was not connected with the incident and the Bihar police should’ve transferred the case.

Sushant’s family lawyer also questioned the Mumbai police for not taking any action on the FIR filed in February by the late actor’s family. Rhea also, conveyed through her lawyer, “I was in love with Sushant. I was traumatized after his death. But I am being victimized now.”

Previously, the apex court gave three days’ time to Rhea, Bihar Police, Mumbai Police, and the Centre to file their response in the matter.
