Shruti Modi’s lawyer Claims she decided to Quit after learning about Sushant Singh Rajput’s drug addiction

Shruti Modi's lawyer has claimed that Shruti decided to quit after 10 days of working with Sushant Singh Rajput when she got to know about his drug addiction.

Sushant Singh Rajput‘s death case is being investigated by the CBI along with ED and the Narcotics Control Bureau. Sushant’s girlfriend and actress Rhea Chakraborty has been the prime accused in the case and is being interrogated by the CBI again and again.

In the SSR’s case, the only person who’s backing up Rhea and is standing by her statements is Sushant’s ex-manager, Shruti Modi. Shruti has been interrogated by the ED to investigate the financial angle of the case. Advocate Ashok Saraogi is representing Shruti Modi as she is seeking legal help from him.

Recently, Shruti’s lawyer revealed that Sushant had been consuming drugs much before Rhea entered his life and the actor’s driver and bodyguard Sohail used to get him drugs. Now revealing more, as reported by TOI, Shruti’s lawyer has also stated that Sushant’s family is involving his client because she didn’t agree to provide Sushant’s bank details to the family. So, as she didn’t follow their instructions, they may have some grievances now.

On being questioned about if Shruti Modi knew about Sushant’s alleged use of drugs, the lawyer said, “When she found out about it after 10 days of joining, Shruti decided to quit but Sushant told her to stay back and told her that he will not be a party to it. So she continued to work as his manager on this condition.”

Shruti’s lawyer also shared about his client being a part of the meeting when Sushant was planning about his future. He mentioned, “She was part of the meeting where they were planning to secure the actor’s finance.”

Opening up on the drug angle, Ashok said that Imtiaz Khatri is a supplier both in Bollywood and political circles.
