On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, many celebrities from the Bollywood took to social media to remember the core values of our Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi. From Kareena Kapoor Khan to Sonam Kapoor, many celebrities from the industry posted in memory of Mahatma Gandhi.
Amongst many was the king of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan as well who took it to Twitter and wrote, “If this Gandhi Jayanti there is One ideal we would like our children to follow, in good times, bad times and all the time….it should be Hear no bad…see no bad….speak no bad! Remembering the value of truth on Gandhiji’s 151st Birth Anniversary.”
While King Khan tried spreading a good message on the occasion of Gandhiji’s 151st Birth anniversary, Shah Rukh’s film ‘Fan’ co-star Sayani Gupta seemed unhappy with his post and took a dig at the actor by retweeting his tweet and wrote, “Say something. The Right thing. Gandhi also taught us to speak up for the Truth, the downtrodden, the exploited, for our Dalit brothers and sisters. Don’t just shut your ears and eyes and mouths. @iamsrk”

She urged the actor to not shut eyes, ears, and mouths as the father of the nation also taught us to speak up for the truth, the exploited, the downtrodden, and for the Dalit brothers and sisters.
Sayani and Shah Rukh Khan have worked together on the big screen together in the film titled Fan.
