According to reports, AIIMS panel ruled out murder theories in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. Reacting to the reports, Rhea Chakraborty’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde has stated that they are now awaiting the official version of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
Maneshinde in his statement stated, “I have seen the statement of the doctors from AIIMS concerning SSR case, The official papers and reports are only with AIIMS and CBI which will be submitted in court once investigations are over. We await the official version of CBI.”
He continued, “We on behalf of Rhea Chakraborty have always said that truth cannot be changed under any circumstances. The speculations against Rhea in some quarters of the media are motivated and mischievous. We remain committed to Truth Alone. Satya Meva Jayte.”
According to media reports, CBI will be investigating the SSR’s death case with the original charge of ‘abetment to suicide’. The reports also suggest that the AIIMS panel has completed its examination and closed the file after giving a conclusive medico-legal opinion in the case.
It is also suggested that all aspects will be looked into including the murder angle. So far, there’s no evidence of murder, but if during the probe the agency finds any evidence then the murder charge will be added. Sushant’s father KK Singh had earlier filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty and her family for abetment to suicide and money laundering amongst other several charges.
