On September 8, the actress had filed a bail plea before she was sent to the judicial custody by the Magistrate’s court but the court had denied. Later, she again filed the plea in a Special NDPS Court but that too got rejected but now the Bombay High Court has finally granted her bail.
Sushant Singh Rajput’s family had filed an FIR against the actress for several allegations in SSR’s death case which lead her to become the prime accused. Earlier, the Enforcement Directorate had also found evidence of drugs from her WhatsApp chats which lead to the involvement of NCB.
