In Sushant Singh Rajput‘s death case, recently a new claim was making rounds, made by Rhea Chakraborty’s neighbour allegedly stating that the late actor dropped Rhea at her home on June 13, just a day before his untimely demise.

Responding to the claims, the actress has filed a complaint against her neighbour Dimple Thawani for stating that the couple met on June 13. As per reports, Rhea in her complaint has said that Dimple Thawani has made patently false and bogus allegations against her, knowing them to be false and to mislead the probe.

Rhea mentioned in her complaint that Dimple’s allegation about Sushant dropping off her at her residence on June 13 was utterly false. On Sunday, the Central Bureau of Investigation, probing the case had recorded Dimple’s statement and also issued a warning to her to not speak anything before it’s verified.

Satish Maneshinde had also requested the CBI to take legal actions against those who mislead the investigation after Thawani’s claim came to notice. Not only Rhea and her lawyer have reacted to Thawani’s claims, but the actress’s mother Sandhya Chakraborty had also called these allegations baseless and have had shared that Thawani was a big fan of SSR and even met him once at their place.

Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead on June 14 in his apartment in Bandra, Mumbai.
