Rhea Chakraborty who is the prime accused in the Sushant Singh Rajput‘s death case is being grilled by the Narcotics Control Bureau for the second time today for the drug angle which was recently developed in the case. The actress has been questioned by the CBI earlier for 4 days in a row as the late actor’s family made allegations against her and her family.

After the drug angle was emerged in the case, NCB filed a complaint against Rhea and her brother Showik under several sections for consuming and procuring drugs. According to the reports, Rhea Chakraborty has now filed a police complaint against the late actor’s sister Priyanka Singh.

In a six-page long complaint, Rhea stated that Sushant was prescribed psychotrophic substances from his sister Priyanka Singh a few days before his demise. Rhea in her complaint urged to register an FIR against Priyanka Singh, Dr. Tarun Kumar under the provision of the IPC 1860, the Narcotics Drugs and Pyschotropic Drugs Act, 1985 and Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020.

Rhea’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde shared an official statement, and said that the actress had filed a police complaint before the Mumbai police against Priyanka Singh, Dr.Tarun Kumar of Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital and others for offences of forgery, NDPS Act and Tele Medicine Practice Guidelines 2020 for having sent a bogus Medical prescriptipn depicting Sushant as an Out Patient Department person when he was in Mumbai on 8th June 2020.

He further added, “Prescribing Schedule Drugs which are listed in Schedule of NDPS Act listed at items 36 and 37 as Pyshcotropic Substances and Tele Medicines Practive Guidelines 3.7.4 dealing with Prohibited list, which prohibits prescribing of any Narcotics or Pyshcotropic Substance listed in the NDPS Act. It is a misconduct under 3.7.1.4 of the Tele Medicine Practice Guidelines.”

The actress is being interrogated by the NCB today again and as per the reports she has taken names of B-town A-listers in her confession to the NCB. The reason is still unknown.
