A new aspect in Sushant Singh Rajput‘s case has emerged related to the use and dealing of drugs. Republic recently reported that ED has shared WhatsApp chats of Rhea Chakraborty about usage and dealing of drugs with CBI and Narcotics Control Bureau. In the meantime, Times Now also accessed Rhea’s deleted WhatsApp chat that allegedly talked about drugs.
Now, as reported by Times Now the latest development of the case states that Rhea allegedly gave CBD oil to the late actor. The CBD oil is illegal in India and is also illegal to consume. CBD oil is also known as Cannabidiol. The report further mentioned that there was confusion about the liquid which was given to Sushant in his beverage.

The portal further quoted a source from NCB revealing the liquid which was given to Sushant after the investigation was done. The source revealed that the liquid is said to be CBD oil which is banned in India. This was given to Sushant by Rhea was also suspected by them.
The report further revealed that NCB will go through the reports given by ED and then only a decision will be taken whether to register a case, or a criminal case, or just a preliminary inquiry.
