“Sachin was told the story and his character. We also did workshops with him in July. But after some time, he stopped attending the workshop and answering our call. He signed the film with us for the first time and we also gave him an advance. We spent around Rs 1 crore on pre-production. He is forcing us to file a petition in the Mumbai court in violation of the agreement with us, working in another film and preventing our film from release.”, Producer Sanoj Mishra told the Asian Age.

While on the other hand, Vijay Shekhar Gupta, producer of the film ‘Suicide Ya Murder’, told Hindustan Times that he has signed a contract with Sachin and not with Sanoj. Vijay also claimed that the papers that Sanoz had given to Sachin were incorrect and did not mention the name of the film or the amount paid to Sachin. He said, “Sachin is an innocent child who does not know the city well. This man (Sanoz), I never met him. He betrayed this child.”

Actor Sachin said ‘I stayed with him for 3-4 days. I felt like I was in captivity. I used to get only khichdi throughout the day. The same type of food was available and some snacks were available, for which I used to pay. I literally ran away from the flat to my sister (Mumbai). I was not given any money. If he is claiming that he has paid me money, please ask him to prove it.”
