After the Narcotics Control Bureau interrogated top Bollywood actresses which included Deepika Padukone, Shraddha Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, and Rakul Preet Singh, there were reports stating that the agency has summoned 3 top actors with initials ‘A’, ‘R’ and ‘S’ for their alleged involvement in the drug case.

However, the NCB has rubbished the reports which claim that the agency has summoned top actors with initials ‘A’, ‘R’, and ‘S’. According to the ETimes report, when the officials were contacted by the portal to confirm the news, a senior official of the NCB said, “False.”

The senior official further added, “Do you want me to comment on false stories some of the media is reporting?” The senior official who refuted the reports has been a part of the team that interrogated Bollywood actresses last week and also has been handling the case.

The NCB has had grilled several people in the case so far and as per the evidence are emerging, the agency is issuing summons to the required ones. Deepika Padukone and Shraddha Kapoor‘s names in the drug case emerged through an alleged WhatsApp drug chat while Rakul Preet Singh and Sara Ali Khan’s names had come up after Rhea Chakraborty named them.

As per the reports, the NCB has almost given a clean chit to the actresses in the case after their statements on the alleged drug chats were corroborated.
