Mumbai Police’s Investigation in Sushant Singh Rajput Death Case is questionable, Says Center

Sushant Singh Rajput‘s death case is now unfolding many unknown facts about the late actor’s death case. Now as reported, Centre has slammed Mumbai police in Bombay Hight Court over their probe into actor’s death case.

PIL seeking transfer of his Sushant’s death case to CBI is heard in Bombay Hight Court after several allegations of irregularities were seen in Mumbai police’s investigation. According to a report in Republic, Centre Government has told Maharashtra Government that how Mumbai Police is treating SSR’s case is questionable.

Mumbai police also confirmed the court that they will submit the investigation done so far in a sealed cover. The Bihar government also filed an affidavit before the Supreme Court in response to Rhea Chakraborty‘s petition seeking transfer of the case from Patna to Mumbai after Sushant’s father filed an FIR against her.

Meanwhile, it is also reported that BMC has released Bihar SP Vinay Tiwari from quarantine. Vinay had arrived in Mumbai to lead the police team in the investigation of Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case.

The BMC said that they are “exempting Mr. Vinay Tiwari from home quarantine subject to fulfilling the following conditions.”
