A detailed post-mortem report of Sushant Singh Rajput‘s body states that he died of asphyxia (unnatural) due to hanging. It also states that pressure abrasion (ligature mark) present around the neck at the level of thyroid-cartilage, passes obliquely upward, backward towards the mastoid process on both sides. The report said that the “total length of ligature mark is 33 cm”.

Let us tell you that the ligature mark is also called a ‘deep mark’ in common language. It is usually of U shape, which indicates that the neck/throat is tightened by a rope or something similar.

The post-mortem report suggests that the ligature mark is deeper on the right side of the neck and there is no mark on the back of the neck and on the spread of the cervix. The report gives a detailed description of the ligature mark.

The report, which has been signed by five doctors, said that there is no evidence of hemorrhage in subcutaneous tissue and muscle and in the thyroid gland, laryngeal muscles, and para-tracheal muscles.

On a related, Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case is being investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). Earlier, in an interview, SSR’s Family lawyer Vikas Singh said that Rhea Chakraborty can also be arrested in the case.
