Kedarnath Bhattacharya also is known as Kumar Sanu, who’s known to be the King of Melody, is an Indian Bollywood Playback singer. The singer’s son Jayesh Bhattacharya, who’s also an aspiring musician, was recently trolled for his name.
Jayesh’s nickname is Jaan and in an interview with a news portal, the aspiring musician revealed that his nickname is Jaan and he has decided to add his father’s name to his name for reputation. He said, “My daknaam is Jaan. Growing up, people in the industry knew me by that name. Since I am following in my father’s footsteps, I decided to take his name.”
Reacting to a recent troll shared by a comedian graphic artist Akshar Pathak, Jayesh clarified his name saying, “Hi, I am Kumar Sanu’s son and my name is Jaan Kumar Sanu. Meme mat banao yaar,” told Jayesh to Akshar on Instagram.
Jayesh was told that Google search results show his name as Kumar Janu when searched for Kumar Sanu’s son. Replying to which, Jayesh said, “I’ve been trying to get the Google thing changed because Gita pe haath rakh ke kehta hu I am not Kumar Janu.”

Jayesh Bhattacharya released his first single titled Tu Sandali. Earlier, he had sung in the remakes of Kishore Kumar’s Chirodini Tumi Je Amar in 2016 and Kumar Sanu’s songs Akele Hum Akele Tum and Dil Mera Churaya Kyun in 2018.
