Kangana Ranaut slammed Jaya Bachchan over her statement in Monsoon session

Monsoon Session in Parliament has started and in between the session Jaya Bachchan, who’s the member of Lok Sabha, took a jibe at Ravi Kishan and without taking his name or anybody’s name, in particular, Jaya Bachchan stated, “I am ashamed that yesterday one of our members in Lok Sabha, who is from the film industry, spoke against it. It is a shame. People in the entertainment industry are being flogged by social media. People who made their names in the industry have called it a gutter. I completely disagree. I hope that the government tells such people not to use this kind of language.”

Reacting to the actress’s statement in the session, Kangana Ranaut has questioned Jaya Bachchan over her statement which was about Ravi Kishan’s claim that drug addiction exists in the film industry. Kangana asked, “Jaya ji would you say the same thing if in my place it was your daughter Shweta beaten, drugged, and molested as a teenager, would you say the same thing if Abhishek complained about bullying and harassment constantly and found hanging one day? Show compassion for us also”

Earlier, Kangana has spoken openly about the nepotism that prevails in the industry and the use of drugs in Bollywood parties. She had also claimed that 99% of the Bollywood consumes drugs.

After the drug angle has emerged in the Sushant Singh Rajput’s, the Narcotics Control Bureau has started its probe and it is said that many Bollywood A-listers are under the scanner of the agency.
