After Sushant Singh Rajput‘s death case has got another angle attached to it related to the usage and dealing of drugs, the Narcotics Control Bureau has got involved in the case now. Recently, the ED shared evidence of drugs in the case with the CBI and the NCB, following which NCB filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty.
Recently, Rhea Chakraborty’s WhatsApp chats were accessed by a news channel that shows the usage and dealing of drugs. In one of the chats, Rhea was even instructed to ‘use 4 drops in tea’ by her ex-talent manager Jaya Saha. Following these chats, it was reported that NCB might take Rhea’s blood sample in a drug case but as Rhea and her lawyer have shown the desire to submit blood sample themselves, it is being reported that NCB might not take the blood sample of Rhea now.
Now, IANS has quoted a top source from NCB who revealed, “This was a clever move as fresh samples can never detect the presence of drugs in the blood after more than a week. The blood sample test is only effective if it is conducted within a week.” The source further added that there’s no point as it has been more than 2 months now, so the agency will not get anything from the blood sample.
Rhea’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde has also claimed on Rhea’s behalf that the actress has never consumed any drug in her life and is ready for a blood test.
