'Dream Girl' Director Raaj Shaandilyaa Tests Positive for COVID 19

Writer-Filmmaker Raaj Shandilyaa has tested positive for Coronavirus aka COVID 19. According to a report in Times of India, the ‘Dream Girl’ director confirmed the same and said that he took a test for Coronavirus after being sick for seven days.

Shaandilyaa told the leading daily, “I have quarantined myself at home.” He also added, “It all began 7 days back when I developed a fever that did not go down. Finally, I got myself tested for Ccronavirus.”

Raaj is quite active on social media and often shares his views on latest happenings.

Shaandilyaa made his debut as a director with a film titled ‘Dream Girl’, in which actor Ayushmann Khurrana played the lead alongside Nushrat Bharucha, Annu Kapoor, Vijay Raaz, Manjot Singh Abhishek Banerjee, Nidhi Bisht, and Rajesh Sharma. The film was loved by critics as well as audiences and was a superhit.

The director has previously written dialogues for films such as Jabariya Jodi and Freaky Ali. He has also written the screenplay of KTina, starring Disha Patani. The film will be produced by Ekta Kapoor.
