Recently, the AIIMS forensic team had submitted their report to the CBI after re-evaluating the Sushant Singh Rajput‘s post-mortem report and the viscera sample. The AIIMS panel had ruled out the murder theories stating that the actor died by suicide.
Contradicting the AIIMS report, on Monday in a massive development, an audiotape of AIIMS Forensic Head Dr. Sudhir Gupta, accessed by Times Now, got leaked wherein he was heard stating that Sushant was murdered. However, not only his audiotape has been leaked but now Dr. Gupta’s WhatsApp chats dated August 11 has also gone viral in which he’s questioning the Cooper Hospital’s post-mortem report of Sushant.
As per the Republic TV’s report, Dr. Gupta had raised questions which read as follow :
The panel of five doctors of Cooper conducted autopsy…only one is junior level forensic doctor…rest 4 are just medical officers.
The panel must be of forensic specialist as per norms
Who constituted the medical board?
Why the medical board?
What was justification for the medical board…by the police?
What police was apprehended?
Where is nail clips of Susant?
Why preserved viscera?
Is viscera report consistent with medical observation?
Also, in conversation with the portal, Dr. Gupta had said on August 22 that he will have a look first. He had also questioned back then that why was the autopsy done in such a hurry and was any videography done? He had further added that it’s a surprise to see that the crime scene had not been kept intact and it had been contaminated. According to him, back then, the crime scene was forensically not suitable for further examination for suitable forensic evidence.
