The police are closely investing every possibility in the suicide case of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. A copy of the contract handed over to the police by Yash Raj Films has already revealed that Yash Raj had a contract of three films with Sushant Singh Rajput, out of which they collaborated with Sushant in two films ‘Shuddh Desi Romance’ and ‘Detective Byomkesh Bakshi’.
Now the police want to know that If Yash Raj Films signed a contract of three films with Sushant, why did not the third film after two films was made?
For the uninitiated, sometime back on social media, director Shekhar Kapur made a statement that he was going to direct a film titled ‘Pani’ starring Sushant Singh Rajput which was to be made under the banner of Yash Raj Films. However, the film was not made due to a high budget. With this, Sushant’s contract with Yash Raj was about to end.
Police also summoned Ashish Singh, who worked in Yash Raj Films, for questioning. Ashish’s relationship continued with Sushant even after Yash Raj Films. After leaving Yash Raj Films’ job, Ashish first worked in Ekta Kapoor’s company and is now watching the section of Original Films in the Indian office of Netflix.
