Filmmaker Karan Johar is being trolled since the beginning in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case. On Tuesday, Apoorva Mehta, CEO of Dharma Productions of Karan Johar, recorded his statement at Amboli Police Station in the case. During the interrogation that lasted for about 4 hours, Apoorva Mehta said that the release of the film ‘Drive’ on Netflix was a business decision.
According to sources, He told Police, “There were no disputes or issues of company with Sushant Singh Rupjut. The film was ready in the year 2019 so it was released in the same year. It was not delayed.”
The Mumbai Police have so far questioned about 40 people in ‘Dil Bechara’ actor’s suicide case. However, until now the police have no specific clue or evidence.
Sushant Singh Rajput’s fans blame the death of their favorite actor to StarKids and Bollywood’s big bosses, based on whose decisions many things have been decided in this industry. Karan Johar is the owner of Dharma Productions, one of the biggest production houses of Bollywood and hence he will also be interrogated by the police this week.
