Recent Tell all interview of Popular Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut with a leading news channel created quite a stir on social media. Her comments didn’t go down with several btown celebs including Taapsee Pannu, Swara Bhasker, Anurag Kashyap and others. Kangana addressed Taapsee and Swara as ‘needy outsiders’ ‘B grade actors’ and said that they are likely to challenge her views on nepotism.
Director Anurag Kashyap, who has worked with the actress in superhit film ‘Queen’, strongly reacted to Kangana’s statement on the interview and said that they ‘used to be friends but he doesn’t know her now’.
Recently, a Twitter user shared a video of an old interview where Kangana is seen defending Anurag Kashyap’s ‘Bombay Velvet’ while talking to late actor Irrfan Khan. The ‘Manikarnika: Queen Of Jhansi’ actress referred Kashyap as her friend and talked about how everyone reacted after the film flopped at the box office.
Anurag Kashyap responded to the video and said that Kangana ‘always stood by him’.
“Absolutely she did . She always stood by me . I am not her enemy . You all are . The people who are using her are,” the ‘Gangs Of Wasseypur’ director responded to the user in a tweet.

For those who are not aware, ‘Bombay Velvet’, which starred Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Karan Johar, received devastating reviews from the critics and failed to rake in big moolah on box office.
