TV actress Soni Singh, who was also seen in ‘Bigg Boss 8’, accused a fan of misbehaving with her after approaching her on Facebook, adding that he has been blackmailing her as well. In conversation with an online portal, Soni alleged that the fan in question, Martin, sent obscene messages to her and also accused her of being a racist.
“There is a guy named Martin, who approached me on Facebook. So I thought he is a fan and exchanged pleasantries with him. I talked to him a little. He used to ask, ‘How are you friend?’ and I would reply, “I am good, friend!”. Like how I usually talk to fans. After that, he started posting weird comments like “I kiss you in your mouth”. I was worried and thought what kind of comments are these. So, I blocked him,” Soni told Bollywood Life.
But it didn’t stop at that as Soni claimed that it was Martin, who messaged her from a different ID “saying weird things like you distinguish between people based on their colour.” Although Soni blocked him, Martin or as he has been referred to by the 33-year-old actress, threatened to defame her.
“Then he messaged me on Instagram and I blocked him there as well. I have blocked him every time. He is going to tell publicly that I discriminate people based on their colour and I would have no idea what he is talking about. I took the matter very lightly. If he is going to irritate me so much then I would have to take an action against him,” Soni told Bollywood Life.
Soni Singh is best known for her work in the television shows Tumhari Disha, Ghar Ki Lakshmi Betiyann, Mann Kee Awaaz Pratigya, Sumit Sambhal Lega and Naamkarann.
