Meri Pyaari Bindu review
Cast : Ayushmann Khurrana,Parineeti Chopra,Aparajita Auddy,Abish Mathew and Malvika Soni.
Direction : Akshay Roy
Storyline : The story of the movie ‘Meri Pyaari Bindu’ revolves around Abhimanyu Roy (Ayushmann Khurrana) and Bindu (Parineeti Chopra). Despite being a successful writer, Abhimanyu was facing a lack of critical appreciation and to write something awesome about the old-fashioned love story that he thought to write from last 3 years, he returned back to his roots in Kolkata. When he thinks to write something, he is only stuck in his old memories of ‘Bindu’, whenever he wants to dance on any song, that song was ‘Bindu’, and whenever Abhimanyu plays his favourite audio cassette, it takes him down to the memories of ‘Bindu’.
But to regain all his memories and come back to the reality of his life and family, he automatically starts writing his novel. Meri Pyaari Bindu review suggests that when he pulled back himself from the crazy memories of love, the ending of his book automatically changes and he realises that love is neither time nor places dependent, but all we need is the right person next to us and the right soundtrack.
Ayushmann plays a bestseller author in the film and in the first few shots we get that his character is little comic and real. He’s such writer whose stories are all about thrills, horror and objectifying women. He says he doesn’t want to write real stuff or love stories because everyone is writing them.
Parineeti hates the word “bubble” but that’s just how her character is, a manic pixie dream girl and a fab singer. Parineeti should really consider singing for herself in all her movies.
Ayushmann Khurrana and Parineeti Chopra have acted well according to the story of the movie, but the direction of ‘Meri Pyaari Bindu’ could have been better. We have seen Parineeti on screen after a long time and she is as impressive as she has been always.
Music is another add-on factor of the movie, that will keep you attached with ‘Meri Pyaari Bindu’. This film is a one-time watch movie, but if you are a fan of Parineeti or Ayushmann then you’d simply love them on the big screen.
