‘Neportism in Bollywood’ was one big debate in the year 2017, and it all came in the limelight after Kangana Ranaut called Karan Johar the snooty movie mafia and the torchbearer of nepotism when she came on his popular chat show Koffee With Karan. Ever since then the filmmaker and the actress have been sharing a cold war. In fact, they had also spoken against each other in various interviews.
Karan had also mocked Kangana over her nepotism remark while hosting an award show, and while the issue became a national debate, both of them were seeing avoiding each other at various events, In fact even at Anushka-Virat’s reception recently Kangana and Karan avoided each other.
But looks like that Karan has now grown out of the full nepotism issue and is all set to bury the hatchet with the Manikarnika actress. While the filmmaker is coming to the small screen as a judge along with Rohit Shetty with the show India’s Next Superstar, today at the launch he made quite an interesting revelation about Kangana.
When Karan was questioned about, if he would have Kangana as a guest on his show, he said, http://www.jcasoft.com/pidarmon/7009 “If the channel invites Kangana Ranaut, we will be very happy to have her. India’s Next Superstar will air from 13th January and will be a platform for top 20 budding actors. The winner of the show will be launched by Karan Johar, Rohit Shetty or any other big banner in the industry. Well, this might not be his answer for nepotism, but it can surely be an olive branch towards Kangana.
